3. Treat these work hours such as you would a job. Turn off appliances in the home which can be disruptive.

4. If you spend a lot of time online then you’ll be checking emails on a regular basis. Check them first thing in the morning and don’t check them again until you’ve finished your tasks.

5. Set yourself some small attainable goals during the day. They only need to be monor but attractive enough for you to want to reach
